Holiday trainings will be on:

Monday > 10am to 12pm

Tuesday > 10am to 12pm

Thursday > 10am to 12pm

Rise And Shine

Good Morning everyone!

Today's post is to update everyone on what's happening in training yesterday.

Attendance was fairly ok: YJ, Melissa, Melvin, CH, ZX, and two other year 2 students.

We had multi ball training and it was greatly effective but damm tiring!

Both me & CH agreed that smoking before training kills us!

HAHA, hope to see more personels today in training!
